This Seller's guide will walk you through the step by step process of selling your home.  


First Meeting and Tour.  The first step is to arrange to give Lynn a quick tour of your home.  The purpose of this visit is for Lynn to get to know both you and your home.  This is your opportunity to show off your home and point out all the things that make it special, as well as ask any questions you may have. If necessary, Lynn will also give you an action plan for any repairs or maintenance items that would improve your home's saleability. 

Market Analysis  A detailed comparative market analysis (CMA) will be completed for your home.  This includes recent completed sales in your area as well as competing listings and market trends.  

Second Meeting - Listing Presentation  A second, in depth meeting will be scheduled to go over the following: 
  • Review the CMA 
  • Review the current market trends
  • Review your home's strengths and weaknesses
  • Review Lynn's customized marketing plan for your home
  • Review the Listing agreement and answer all of your questions

Customized Marketing Plan: 
The following is included in Lynn's standard full service package, but every home and situation is different, so your marketing plan is custom tailored to fit your needs and do justice to your home.  

Photos, video, detailed floor plans, and virtual tours.  Beautiful professional photos and video will be taken of your home, both still and 360 virtual tours as well as videos.  A professional measurement company will measure your home for accurate computer generated floor plans.  

Marketing Materials and Brochures.  Gorgeous professional marketing materials will be created highlighting your homes best attributes and features.  

Web Marketing.  Your home will be listed on the MLS system as well as local, Canadian and international websites to ensure your home has the broadest exposure.  These include,,, and many more.

Social Media Marketing.   Targeted social media ads on all the major social networks including facebook, and google+ as well as sites like Craigslist

RE/MAX Branding.  Whenever possible the RE/MAX brand is used on lawn signs, ads or marketing materials.  It is one of the most widely recognized brands in the world and gives your listing instant credibility with Buyers.  For high value homes the RE/MAX Collection brand and signage are used. 

Openhouses:  One REALTOR®  Open House and a minimum of two Public Open Houses will be held, more if needed.

Email Blasts:  Your home will be promoted to approximately 800 agents in the Metro Vancouver Properties Group, as well as to Lynn's personal database of buyers and investors.
