This Seller's guide will walk you through the step by step process of selling your home.  

First Meeting and Tour.  Lynn will get to know you and your home so she can create a custom tailored marketing plan just for you.  This is your opportunity to show off your home and point out all the things that make it special as well as ask any questions you may have.

Market Analysis  A detailed comparative analysis will be completed for your home.  it includes recent completed sales in your area as well as competing listings and market trends.  With this information you and Lynn will come up with the best possible pricing strategy to ensure your home sells for top dollar. 

Getting Your Home Ready for Market: 

Property Condition:  The overall condition and appearance of your homes has a lot to do with how quickly it sells and how much you will ultimately get for it.  Now is the time to repaint, do minor repairs and de-clutter.  Lynn will make suggestions on how you can get your home ready to sell. 

Home Staging Consultation.   A professional home stager will review your home and come up with a plan to accentuate it's best features and maximize it's potential.  


Customized Marketing Plan: 
The following is included in Lynn's standard full service package, but every home and situation is different, so your marketing plan is custom tailored to fit your needs and do justice to your home.  

Photos, detailed floor plans, and virtual tours.  Beautiful professional photos will be taken of your home, both still and 360 virtual tours as well as videos.  A professional measurement company will measure your home for accurate computer generated floor plans.  

Marketing Materials and Brochures.  Gorgeous professional marketing materials will be created highlighting your homes best attributes and features.  

Web Marketing.  Your home will be listed on the MLS system as well as local, Canadian and international websites to ensure your home has the broadest exposure.  These include and many more.

Social Media Marketing.   Targeted social media ads on all the major social networks including facebook, twitter, and google+ as well as sites like Craigslist

RE/MAX Branding.  Whenever possible the RE/MAX brand is used on lawn signs, ads or marketing materials.  It is one of the most widely recognized brands in the world and gives your listing instant credibility with Buyers.  For high value homes the RE/MAX Collection brand and signage are used. 

Openhouses:  One REALTOR®  Open House and a minimum of two Public Open Houses will be held, more if needed.

Email Blast:  Your home will be promoted to all of our RE/MAX Crest Realty Westside agents as well as to Lynn's personal database of buyers and investors.
